The Executive EMBA
participants are about six years more experienced, on average, than the
traditional MBA. They are therefore about that much farther along in their
careers. In addition, the Executive EMBA Program has been designed to offer the
skills required for those about to enter the senior management ranks of their
organizations, rather than in-depth study in a specific functional area as in
the traditional MBA.

The term customer Rëlationship management [crm] is used to describe either the software or the whole business strategy [or lack of one] oriented on customer needs. The second one is the description which is correct. The main misconception of [crm] is that it is only software, instead of whole business strategy.
Many project management cite stress as the main downside to their jobs. PMs are responsible for their projects' successes or failures, which determine both their income and their status within a enterprise and manufacturer. In construction, if a project isn't brought in on time, the builder has to pay damages for each day's delay, and the project Director/manager will lose a bonus—and possibly even his or her job.
CIOs are concerned about the next generation [what are we up to? X?Y?Z?] that's coming into the enterprise. The members of this younger generation don't seem to exhibit enterprise loyalty.
The idea that complex plans could be analysed by a computer to allow someone to control a project management is the basis of much of the development in technology that now allow projects of any size and complexity not only to be planned but also modelled to answer 'what if?' questions.
There are certain skills to have when conducting project management. it is best to have a team of planners when doing project planning. Therefore, it is important to have skills in forming, leading and facilitating groups.
A lot of clients think they can go to a vendor and get crm. Instead, they get a few components. They buy a suite of front-office applications. But do they have all the channels and the technology, all the functionality and the services to really enable crm?. it takes multiple technologies and multiple vendors to pull this off.

In defining a project Managemënt [also called defining the scope of the project], you are setting parameters - building the box to hold the project plan. The plan is the detail of how the project management will be accomplished. The project management definition tells you what is inside and what is outside the box. it sets limits on the project management.
customer demands for customization are increasing with every passing day. This has made enterprises shift their focus from mass production to mass customization.
A project management Rule: Listen generously. People are able to say what they can in the moment. For the most part, people are well-intended. Give them the benefit of the doubt. Take the time to listen. Ask questions. Seek others’ opinions. And while you’re at it, don’t be so harsh on yourself.
Customers and relationships with them have always existed right from the birth of the 'buying and selling concept'.
By combining the abilities to respond directly to customer requests and to provide the customer with a highly interactive, customized experience, enterprises have a greater ability today to establish, nurture, and sustain long-term customer relationships than ever before.
